After 3 years off due to COVID and other circumstances, the 2023 Iowa Golden Gloves tournament will select the team we take to nationals at the Graduate Hotel in Iowa City on April 1 and 2. We have a new board of directors with coaches from several parts of the state all working together to make this historic tournament the best it can be to set our state team up for success at nationals. The Golden Gloves of America Tournament of Champions will be Held May 8-13 in Philadelphia and we need to raise $40,000 to cover the costs. We are looking for supporters to help us make sure that happens.
If 400 people donate $100 we can fund the entire state and national tournament. For a $100 donation, you will get 1 ticket. For a $150 donation, you will get 2 tickets. If you donate $100 or more you will get your name printed on the back of our shirt! You can buy the shirts at the event. Come spend a weekend in downtown Iowa City and enjoy the best boxing show of the year. If you can't swing $100, no problem, we still appreciate every donation that sends us on our way!
