Golden Seeds Celebrates Fifteen Years of Investing in Women-led Companies 

2020 marks this Golden Seeds milestone of sourcing, funding and supporting women entrepreneurs for fifteen years.

During these years, the Golden Seeds angel network (800+ strong) and our funds have invested $127 million in over 175 companies. Importantly, these companies have gone on to raise over $1 billion of additional capital.

We are proud of the remarkable progress of women entrepreneurs in every sector. And we are grateful to our many colleagues who do the work of Golden Seeds every day throughout the US.  Today, Golden Seeds has members in 21 states and Puerto Rico, as well eight active chapters.  Headquartered in New York City, other chapters include Arizona, Atlanta, Boston, Dallas, Houston, New Jersey, and Silicon Valley.  We are proud to have been a leader in this important work and are appreciative of all who have supported us in this journey.

Golden Seeds pursues investment returns through the empowerment of women entrepreneurs and those who invest in them. We offer an environment in which exciting women-led businesses receive capital and connections to grow and successfully exit.  The group is headquartered in New York City, with active chapters in Arizona, Atlanta, Boston, Dallas, Houston, New Jersey, and Silicon Valley. One of the largest angel networks in the United States, Golden Seeds has more than 300 members and has a relationship with three funds with committed capital of $40 million. In total, Golden Seeds has invested $127 million in 180 companies.
