Asim Lynch, Esq.

Associate

We are pleased to announce that Asim Lynch has joined Goldstein Hall as an Associate. Asim Lynch concentrates his practice in real estate and community development, nonprofit formation and governance, and faith-based development.



Prior to joining Goldstein Hall, Asim was a Staff Attorney at Neighborhood Legal Services Program and represented limited equity cooperatives in Washington, D.C. on a host of real estate, corporate, and governance matters related to owning and operating affordable cooperative housing.

Goldstein Hall acted as counsel for HELP USA on the Shelter component of Logan Fountain, a creative new construction project in Central Brooklyn, within the 2016 East New York rezoning area. Logan Fountain is an essential piece of the 2016 East New York rezoning, which will bring over $16 million of capital investments to the neighborhood.
