Lead Arm Adduction

Lead Arm Adduction
Lead Arm Adduction

One of the hottest golf instruction topics on the internet right now is a dynamic called lead arm adduction. This movement is something almost all good players do to insure a proper downswing plane and path. Please watch the video for a full demonstration and explanation.

I want to thank many of you who donated clubs for the PGA HOPE program. We had 20 disabled veterans for our first session. It was great to see them make full swings and have fun with putting challenges. I feel that it went very well and they had a great time.  Thank you again.

Stadium Golf Center is getting ready to offer a very valuable addition to our center. We are going to have ten hitting spots that are going to have state of the art swing simulators that include launch monitor technology. You will be able to play famous courses like Pebble Beach and also obtain metrics as the unit tracks your ball. You can do so either by yourself or with friends.

Foresight has been working feverishly to get the hitting bays ready to be used. They should be ready for use in the next 2-3 weeks. There will be an hourly fee charged in the long term. However, initially they are wanting players to use the systems free of charge so they can obtain data and make sure everything is in working order. Please take advantage of this opportunity.

Stadium Golf Center is the first location for this brand new technology from Foresight Sports. This system is in line with what Top Golf and Drive Shack are offering. Please come down and take advantage of what this system has to offer. It should be a lot of fun for you and also give you some insight into your golf game.

Hosung Choi-"The Fisherman"

Golf Sensation Hosung Choi's Best Shots and Dance Moves 2018 Shinhan Donghae Open Asian Tour

Hosung Choi is perfect proof that there is more than one way to play this game well. He is an accomplished player that has won two Japanese tour events and has the nickname "The Fisherman". He returns the club to the ball pretty consistently with plenty of flamboyance. He also looks like he has a fine short game.

You will enjoy this video!!

Student Of The Month

Scott Gossman is my student of the month for December. Scott is a Masters member and  recently shot 73 two rounds in a row. His handicap as of 3/17 was 11.4. His handicap is now 5.5. That is fantastic improvement in his game. Congratulations Scott!!

Jeremy Klinkhamer is sharing his fitness tip of the month. This month's video shows you how to work on your posterior chain to improve your posture and strength. This is a great exercise for those of you that sit down during the day.

I have been working with Jeremy since 2000. I have sent many students to him to improve both their fitness and functionality. I have seen amazing results! The evidence is both in the way they feel and the improvement that has been shown in their golf games. You can reach Jeremy at jklinkhamer@fitgolf.com if you would like more information about what he offers.
Short Game School

The next short game school will be in January at a date to be determined.
