Fundraiser Weekend: Saturday, July 22nd
Hello Seasonal Campers- Below is a rough draft of the Golf Outing Map. Please look this over for any errors or missing info. Reply back ASAP with any changes.
We have hole sponsorships available for $50. Please let us know ASAP if you plan to sponsor a hole so we can make the signs. If you want a business logo on the sponsor sign, we can do that as well. Reply to this email with the logo. We also have a sponsor request letter and a donation receipt slip if needed.
We are still in need of Silent Auction items!
We can start to accept silent auction items starting on Thursday Night. Please bring items to Site 131 (Bob & Beth Tiarks) or Site 110 (Amy Meyer) so that Amy or I can check them in. The Silent Auction will be in the Pavilion.
Again, the success of this fundraiser is you, the seasonal camper. We cannot thank you enough for what you are doing.
