Join the Cecil Hymel Foundation for its 4th annual Cecil Hymel Memorial Golf Tournament benefiting Alzheimer's Association on May 6, 2017.
The event will take place at Squirrel Run Golf Club and includes a three person scramble and 1-iron contest. On Friday, May 5, there will be a free practice round and Calcutta with food and drinks.
The three person scramble is $375 per team and limited to 36 teams. There will be gross prizes and net prizes awarded. Registration begins at 11 a.m. with a 1 p.m. shotgun start. Food will be available on the course.
To participate or to become a sponsor, mail the completed form below with payment to the appropriate address (Squirrel Run Golf Club for players and Cecil Hymel Foundation for sponsors). Deadline for player entry is Sunday, April 30 or the first 36 teams to sign up.
