Dear Gompers Families,

We would like to say "thank you" to all parents for attending the parent teachers conferences in November!  We had 95% of our parents attend conferences.  Thank you for supporting our students, teachers and community!

Also, thank you to our GEPTO members for all they have done for our students and staff this year!  You are an awesome group of parents for our school and community.

We hope you are all able to join us for  our math night and potluck next Tuesday from 5:30 - 7:00.  Please bring food to share and enjoy learning about our new Bridges math curriculum.

As a staff we look forward to helping your child's continued learning in 2018.

Have a restful and fun winter break.  Enjoy being together with family and friends.

Thank you all for your collaboration and support.

Jackie Smith

Parents - please remember: The best way to ensure that your child is correctly marked for an absence is to call the Safe Arrival phone number directly. Other messages and notes may not be relayed to the correct person for record keeping. Thank you!

Use our online form to report your child absent from school. You are welcome to continue using our Safe Arrival / Attendance Line phone number if you'd prefer. The online form is simply an additional option for attendance reporting. LEARN MORE

Thank you all for welcoming me so kindly to this wonderful school! My name is Jessi Booker and I am the new secretary here at Gompers. I know filling Linda's shoes will be a job in itself, but I look forward to the challenge. I am a MMSD graduate myself, I currently live in Waunakee with my four children (ages 14, 12, 9 & 6) and my bulldog, Perseus. I have spent the last ten years doing administrative work for a group of ER physicians at a hospital in Madison. I love reading, playing euchre and am a freelance writer and published author. I am so excited to start on this new journey and look forward to getting to know you all better!
