AURORA HEALTH TIP!
EXERCISES TO PREVENT FALLS
Many types of exercise can help improve balance. Tai chi and yoga are good examples. Here’s another one to try. You can do it anytime and almost anywhere.
• Stand next to a counter or solid support.
• Push yourself up onto your tiptoes.
• Hold for 5 seconds. If you start to lose your
balance, hold on to the counter.
• Rest and repeat 5 times. Work up to holding for
20 to 30 seconds, if you can.

STATE OF THE COUNTY - JUNE 9TH
From an economic standpoint, Walworth County is still very strong. This is good for local businesses and good for businesses looking to locate here. Come find out more about the state of the county, including state and region perspectives. This is a great opportunity to learn how our taxes are being spent, as well as the tax implications for the future and how this all impacts business development going forward.
