Candidates for Upcoming Iowa CCA Board of Directors Election

The Iowa CCA Board of Directors is seeking candidates for three open seats. You, as an Iowa CCA, can run for the Iowa CCA board by filling out the nomination form at the link provided below. Serving on the Iowa CCA Board is a rewarding experience - you’ll be able to lead the CCA program during the rapid changes going on in agriculture. Please take the time to consider serving on the Iowa CCA Board and helping emulate what being an Iowa CCA is all about!

We will be filling three (3) board seats, each with a 3-year term. These terms will begin January 1, 2025 and run through December 31, 2027. The board meets quarterly and typically in Des Moines. A board member is required to attend a minimum of three meetings each year. Board members will also be asked to participate in committees or task forces established by the board.

Nominations need to be submitted by Friday, October 25, 2024. Online ballots will be e-mailed to all Iowa CCAs in early November. New board members will be invited to the December 6th board meeting and officially begin their term in January of 2025.

CEUs to Maintain Certification

Self-reporting is an option if you attended an activity that did not apply for CEUs. When reporting, you will need the meeting title, location, speaker information, sponsoring organization, date, description, and CEU category.
