Registration Policy Change 

Effective for ALL 2018 Classes 

Effective January 1, 2018*

Payment will be required at the time of registration in order to hold your reservation. 

If registering online, please enter your credit card information. Our billing department will process your payment within 24-48 hours of registration. 

If registering via phone or email, one of our Training Coordinators will take down your payment information at the time of registration.

Thank you for your understanding. We appreciate and value all of our new and existing clients.

Cancellation policy will remain the same.

7 days notice  required for ALL Initial Classes (with no penalty for cancelling)

3 days notice required for ALL Refresher Classes (with no penalty for cancelling)

Reimbursements will be made with 24-48 hours of cancellation.

Transfer of enrollment credits will be allowed for only those cancellations that fall within the allowable cancellation period and at the request of the student or registering individual.
