Art for the Children

Armacost Car Museum
Grandview, Missouri
| This special night will be filled with music, beverages, great food — and of course you'll find some amazing art (and signed Chiefs jerseys!) Click here to learn more about the event! | |
Calling all Artists!
Are you an artist or know an artist who would enjoy participating in this year's event? If so, please email me. Painters, photographers, quilters, sculptors, ceramicists — this is your chance to shine! We're also trying to line up volunteers who can help before, during, and after the event. If you'd like to volunteer, please call or email.
| Our Art for the Children 'Save the Date' postcard goes out soon, so be sure to look for it in the mail! (If you don't receive one in the next week or two, let me know and I'll add you to our mailing list!) | |
Warehouse Cleanup Day
TOMORROW!
Please join us on Saturday, March 2nd from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at our office (8363 Melrose Dr., Lenexa, KS 66214) for Warehouse Cleanup Day. It sounds like work, but it always ends up being twice the fun!
| |
Also, if you'd like to help us make sure we've got what we need for upcoming missions—click here to see a list of needed items. Before donating supplies, please contact Sulamita Ortiz, Missions Assistant, to make arrangements, or call 913-338-0343. Thank you!
By the way, do you know any students who need volunteer hours? Medical Missions Foundation will put them to work!

Watch for Updates on Our Mission to
San Lucas Toliman, Guatemala!
| Our first mission of 2024 has been scheduled! San Lucas Toliman is a municipality in the Solola department of Guatemala. The town of 17,000 people sits on the south-eastern shore of Lago de Atitlan. Described as one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. The population is 90-95% Highland Maya. There is a population of about the same size living in the surrounding villages. | For more stories about our missions, be sure to check out our Mission Blogs. Thanks to our teams for all their great work! | Well, that about covers it for today. Look for a brand new issue of Mission Matters on the first friday of every month! In the meantime our Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter pages are active and a great place to catch all the very latest news and information about MMF — so stay tuned and be sure to check back regularly! And please feel free to contact me directly with questions, concerns, or to find out more about upcoming missions, events, and fundraisers. | |
