A Devotional Thought

In these times of danger, uncertainty, fear, disease, and discouragement it is important for us to remember, who we are!
It is important for us to remember that while the world around us is in chaos, we can still be calm.
While the world around us is in fear, we can still have faith.
While the world around us offers danger, uncertainty and discouragement, we can remind ourselves of all the good that we know still exists.
We can still share a word of encouragement, or a smile. We can bring peace in the chaos. We can still be the leaders and warriors God has called us to be. We can still offer hope because we know that God is with us.
Many people care about you and pray for you. Don’t give up, don’t lose heart, don’t waiver. You are not alone.
From Mother Teresa
People are often unreasonable, illogical and self-centered;
Forgive them anyway.
If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives;
Be kind anyway.
If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies;
If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you;
Be honest and frank anyway.
What you spend years building, someone could destroy overnight;
If you find serenity and happiness, people may be jealous;
Be happy anyway.
The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow;
Do good anyway.
Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough;
Give the world the best you have anyway.
You see, in the final analysis, it is between you and your God;
It was never between you and them anyway.
MICAH 6:8 tells us: “This is what (the Lord) requires of you: to do what is right, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God” (New Living Translation).
"God sees your tears, God hears your prayers, God knows your heart, and God will prevail." Maya Angelou
Don’t give up! Don’t be weary in well doing!
YOU ARE NOT ALONE!!!
