Updated Transfer Timeline

March 13th - Waco members not currently subscribed to NTREIS can register accounts and see their "NTREIS Waco" Dashboard with all of their current dashboard links, and links to both NTREIS Matrix and Waco Matrix, and all other NTREIS Products. NTREIS Matrix is read only mode for Waco subscribers.

By March 24th - Waco listings loaded and visible to all subscribers.

March 31st - Parallel MLSs; users can update Saved Search settings.

April 8th - Add/Edit turned ON in NTREIS; OFF in Waco. Users have until end of week to view Waco. Staff will have access longer just in case.

Good News

We know some of you are feeling anxious about the switch to NTREIS. We are here to assure you that you can do it. NTREIS is also a Matrix system. It will be more familiar than you might think.

One of the biggest changes is that you will suddenly have access to thousands of listings and tens of thousands of agents. To make your Dashboard a bit more manageable, you can customize your Hot Sheets and MarketWatch tiles to only be for a specific geographic area, type of listing, or almost any other search criteria. Reminder about the Switch

As you may have heard, the Waco MLS is merging our Listing Service with NTREIS. About 600 of you are already subscribed to NTREIS. This will mean one less subscription to pay for and one less MLS entry for each of your listings.

For 600+ of you, you will need to learn some of the required fields and rules of NTREIS. The good news is that NTREIS also uses CoreLogic, so the interface will appear similar.

The Basics

On moving day, your logins will be the same. The Clareity Dashboard will have a new tile for NTREIS. This is where you will go to enter new listings. You should also see all of your active listings and historical listings going back as many years as we are able to transfer that data.
For 2-3 weeks, you will still see the Waco MLS tile. It will be read-only, but you can double check that all the listings transferred correctly.
Supra and ShowingTime should transfer without any change for you. Plan to be patient in case of occasional hiccups.
We will abide by NTREIS Rules, but local Teams and Staff will still be your main contact point for questions and potential violations.

The Benefits

Your MLS quarterly fee will be $135 for agents, $140 for brokers and $40 for assistants. Tons more listings for one low price.
You will now have access to all the listings in NTREIS representing 15 REALTOR® Associations, 9,000+ Broker Offices, 50,000+ Real Estate Professionals. All these agents will see your listings as well.
NTREIS has a data share agreements with Houston (HAR), FMLS and OmniMLS.
