Guideline Changes

More Good News! 

Lenders may now follow the same program guidelines as the First Step Program when determining borrower eligibility for Mortgage Credit Certificate (MCC) Program reservations made in LenderOnline, beginning April 15, 2024. The MCC manual has been updated in AllRegs to reflect the necessary changes.

Updated Checklists

The Step 1 - MCC Reservation Package Checklist, Step 2 - MCC Request for Conditional Commitment Checklist, and Step 3 - MCC Request for Issuance Checklist have been updated and are available in the Program Documents section of LenderOnline. AllRegs will soon be updated to include the new MCC checklists also. Please ensure the updated checklists replace any old versions currently being utilized.
