HBI's Fall 2023 Construction Labor Market Report Released!

The Fall 2023 HBI Construction Labor Market Report compiled by the economics department of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). According to NAHB Economics’ analysis of Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) data and projections, the construction industry needs 60,000 hires per month to keep pace with demand.

HR Green Inc. Job Shadows and Site Visits with Colorado Springs Schools!

A big shoutout to HR Green Inc. for their generous contributions to the CICC program in Colorado Springs! They hosted a job shadow and a field trip that over 20 students attended. Thanks to their support, students had the opportunity to explore various aspects of the construction industry, including civil engineering, land planning, land development, homebuilding, and landscape architecture. Special thanks to Phil Stuepfert and Chris Jorgensen for making this valuable experience possible!
