Our goals by 2025 were to be in 65 schools, 5,000 students enrolled, and 20% of students employed in the industry. We’re excited to announce our current stats: 83 schools, 3,616 students enrolled this year, and 21% of last year’s students placed into industry careers. Since our start in 2015, we've enrolled 14,342 students, with 1,655 placed directly into the industry! A huge thank you to our teachers, students, industry supporters, and donors for your continued support of our program. We could not have done it without you!

Florence High School Leadership Model - Idea for instructors!

Notice how students are wearing different colored hard hats? White hard hats are for students who have shown interest and ability to be crew leaders. Next year, white hard hats will become blue hard hats as foreman, yellow becomes white as crew leaders, and yellows are the new students in class! As crew leaders and foreman, students are able to learn strong communication, learn to delegate tasks, and be an example for their peers! This leadership model provides a great environment for students to learn from each other and prepare for life after high school.
