Over 8,000 Served Last Year!
To be exact - 8,306 children, families and youth were cared for last year!

We continue to see God’s hand over our combined efforts and are blessed to see God open more doors to reach those in desperate need of hope and healing. We are so grateful for you and our generous community, for joining this critical mission of helping the fatherless, the widows, and the destitute.
Child Abuse Prevention & Family Strengthening
Our Shade Tree Family Outreach Program is our response to the critical needs to provide material support to families and children who touch or are at risk of touching the child welfare system. Through our Shade Tree Family Outreach Program, we are serving more single mothers, young adults aging out of the foster care system or otherwise homeless youth, and families in crisis than ever before. We are providing family outreach and intervention programs, family strengthening and preservation initiatives, child abuse and neglect prevention initiatives and critical services to families and children who are navigating the child welfare system.

We have three dedicated outreach locations spanning Boca Raton to Stuart. As the regional headquarters, the Seymour St. John Outreach Center is located on our newly acquired Stuart Campus in Martin County and is serving well over 100 families per month. In the month of January alone, we saw a 40% increase in families who needed the essential, material support. Our Paxson Campus in Palm Beach Gardens is centrally located serving the surrounding community, and thanks to the Moss Foundation, our Boca Raton campus has its newest addition with the Renee and David Feder Shade Tree Family Outreach Wing.

Place of Hope is working with several other organizations to provide material support to families and children who are desperately in need, locally, domestically, and internationally.

In January, we saw a 40% increase in children and families with material support needs. Through our Shade Tree Outreach Program, Place of Hope, and our friends at Hands and Feet have been able to serve and bless these families in their time of need. But we need help keeping up with the demand.

Dare to be Creative. Dare to Dream.
This past weekend Art Palm Beach hosted nearly two dozen of our youth for a creative and inspiring evening.

Kassandra Boyagis, Director and Producer of Art Palm Beach says, "I hope they can take away that creativity can put a smile on their face...it opens the possibilities of what they can become and do or could experience. If they don't see things, or experience things or even know that they are there, they cannot have the possibility to dream of doing that one day."

Watch the CBS 12 coverage on our YouTube channel @placeofhopepbg here: https://youtu.be/kA8_qRLCCRc

Art, music, creative stimuli, new experiences and new memories help heal trauma. It is through these types of experiences our children can begin to have hope for their future. They can dream and set their sights on becoming what before they did not know was possible.

Help create more experiences like these and so many others for our youth by making a donation
