Supplemental Budget Targets Missing School Funding

Conduit Street Coverage Supplemental Budget

This week, Governor Hogan released a supplemental budget, including nearly $140 million in funds for education programs within the Blueprint program. County leaders, and other actors, had raised concerns about the “mandate” framing leading to a shortfall in the coming year.
