You love your PTA! You have given time, thought and energy into serving your members. Now it’s time to love your PTA enough to set it up for future success! While you are hard at work this second half of the year, keep one eye on the future. Put together useful, relevant procedures that can be passed on to your successor and encourage everyone on your board to do the same. Part of loving our PTA is knowing when to let go and do everything we can to prepare the future leaders to take things to the next level and sustain our association. That’s true love!! Afterall, the work of building a bridge together must go on.
