Today, DeWayne Talley and Patricia "Pat" Scott joined in the merger of Bonita Village Realty with the new branch office of Encore Realty, LLC, a Naples based real estate company. "We feel honored to join an amazing team of real estate talent," said DeWayne. The office will maintain the same location at 3998 Bonita Beach Rd., Bonita Springs, FL 34134.
"The branch office of Encore Realty will allow us to expand our area service beyond Bonita Village for both sales and rentals," remarked Pat Scott. They have already added property listings in other communities like Spanish Wells and The Island Beach Club. The improving market has boosted sales to the best level in three years!
Bonita Village Resort Rentals, LLC continues to expand with more beach front and golf course community rental listings. Bookings for 2012 seasonal rentals are ahead of schedule.

DeWayne graduated from ICJC (where his father was the Dean) and then served a four year enlistment in the U.S. Navy. Upon being honored with the American Spirit Award, three campaigns to Viet Nam, and an Honorable Discharge he returned to Kansas State University to complete his education. Area Inventory Shrinking!
Where are the great deals? The SW Florida market is changing! We just had two consecutive days with More Sales than New Listings on MLS! Another major company manager, verified a few areas are feeling a shortage of listings! Imagine that! At a recent REIA meeting (Real Estate Investment Association) in Ft. Myers, it was noted at this time last year there were approximately 24,000 foreclosures in the system and this year we are down to 10,000. That is a substantial drop! Furthermore, if you remove commercial property, lots, and two foreclosure intensive areas of the county it is estimated there is about a two month supply of residences our northern friends would actually consider buying. We are seeing prices jump substantially in areas that have voided themselves of short sales! We have had several customers miss their dream home because they went home to think about it.
