Hello AARCS!

This is a WAY nicer to update to share with you than the last one! If you missed the last update, you can read it here, but be prepared that it does not contain good news. 😔

Our three little fighters, Tigris, Chilo and Musya are showing such big improvements! They still have a little ways to go yet, but they are doing much better than they were when we first met them back in April.

Musya has been the most nervous since day one, and while she is still shy, she has now started approaching caregivers! 🐈‍⬛ She is not quite ready for pets and play yet, but we are thrilled to see her being so social. Just a few short weeks ago she wouldn't even come out of her litter locker! Musya is currently awaiting a dental and then we are hoping she will be ready to start looking for an adoptive home. 💚

Chilo was a pretty happy-go-lucky guy even upon intake, and he remains a sweet and social kitty! 😻 He sits nicely for photos and bats at you gently for pets. His personality is just as adorable as his little grey and white face! Our veterinarians are currently working on a plan for some additional health issues that Chilo is facing! ❤️‍🩹

Tigris has come leaps and bounds! 🐈 He was lethargic when he first came to us, obviously feeling very poor. We were not even sure he had one of his eyes as we could not see it with how sick he was. Now, Tigris is full of life (and definitely has both of his eyes! 👀) He is incredibly playful, sweet and goofy. Tigris has a polyp in one of his ears and is also in need of a dental. Once he has had these final treatments, we are hopeful that Tigris will be ready to find his forever, too! 💕

I can't thank you enough for stepping up to help these kitties in need. 😺 It is thanks to you that we are able to take in animals like Musya, Chilo and Tigris and give them the help they so desperately need and deserve, and allow them to go on to live happy, healthy lives. Even though we lost Barsik and Kystia, we were able to relieve their suffering, and that in itself is a gift. 🐾 🌈

Thank you for being a part of our incredible community of animal lovers. You are helping us save lives, and for that we – and the animals – are forever grateful.
