Make your 2021 stewardship pledge here!
A few words for the parish from our rector,
the Rev. Channing Smith about this Sunday's exciting day!

And please stay with us for this week's Coffee Hour Conversation, immediately following online worship.
STEWARDSHIP COFFEE HOUR CONVERSATION:
Opening our Hearts to Evangelism
Sunday, November 1st, following online worship
Stay with us after worship to join the Rev. Trawin Malone, Sam Hensley and the Rev. Channing Smith for a discussion about The Hill and our call to evangelism in east Austin.

More than five years ago, Good Shepherd responded to a call to move beyond our Windsor campus to seek and serve Christ in all people in a new way, in southeast Austin on Woodland Ave. Hear how this mission has grown and learn how you can be part of answering the call to evangelism. Join us on our Facebook page or our website.
Please join us for a Stewardship Parade on Sunday, November 8 from 12:30 to 1:30 pm at the Windsor campus. All are welcome! We invite you to bring your 2021 pledge card, as we share our Open Hearts in this Step of Faithfulness and to support Hillside.

You'll receive a candle blessed in the Sunday morning service, receive a meal from Chef Robert, enjoy music from Holy Ghost Supreme, and see the "cairn" we're building together during this stewardship season. Learn more here don't forget to sign up for a meal HERE.
ALL SOULS' DAY CHORAL EVENSONG ONLINE
Monday, November 2 at 6:00pm
On All Souls' Day, also known as the Commemoration of All the Faithful Departed, the Church remembers the wider fellowship of the faithful departed. We will commemorate this day with a special service of Choral Evensong featuring music from our much loved and former Director of Music Russell Schulz and a reading of the necrology, a list of those beloved by the community who have died.

Join us on our Facebook page or our website.

NIGHT PRAYER, ONLINE FROM THE HILL
Wednesdays at 9:00pm
Round out your day and prepare for a quiet night with Night Prayer on The Hill's Facebook page! Questions? With our space at The Hill lit by candles and filled with music, we will gather online to finish the day in prayer. Contact Sam Hensley.
OPEN OUR HEARTS:
A CALL TO PRAYER FOR STEWARDSHIP
As we enter into this stewardship season, we invite our community to pray with and for one another. As we renew our financial commitment to Good Shepherd, we Open Our Hearts and faithfully intercede for the work that God has called us to do together.

As pledges are received, we are building a "cairn" on The Common at the Windsor campus. It serves as an outward and visible sign of our commitment to one another and God's work in our midst. As you walk the campus, notice the cairn and know that others in our community are praying with you.
OUTREACH FOR
