Beckman High School CTE Pathways

Highlighting CTE Pathways in February

February is Career Technical Education month. In TUSD, our CTE pathways empower futures. Hear from two Beckman High School CTE students about their transformative experiences with hands-on learning and real-world experiences in our Engineering, Computer Science, and Graphic Design CTE pathways. To learn about all CTE Pathways offered at Beckman High School and in Tustin Unified School District, visit the TUSD College and Career Readiness webpage.

100th Day 2024

Students and Staff Celebrate 100 Days of Learning

Across our elementary campuses, students and staff in TUSD celebrated the 100th day of school. Dressed like seniors, students honored the completion of 100 days of learning with counting activities, crafts and dancing, like those seen at Ladera Elementary. And at Hicks Canyon, 4th graders celebrated their 1,000th day of school by looking ahead, writing a letter to themselves 1,000 days in the future. Happy 100th day, TUSD!

EVehicles Presentation

E-vehicle Safety Presentation: February 20 at Pioneer

All TUSD middle and high school students who ride an e-vehicle (e-bike, e-scooter or e-skateboard) to school are invited to attend our next e-vehicle safety presentation on February 20. Join us at Pioneer Middle School at 5PM as Tustin Police Department shares important information for students and parents. Beginning in the 2024-25 school year, students who ride e-vehicles will be required to attend this presentation and purchase a permit for $5. Those who attend now will be able to obtain their permit for next school year. There will be additional opportunities to attend in the future. Please see the attached flyer for additional details.

Show Your Love of TUSD Students with TPSF

Congratulations to Beckman High School art students Brenton Hicks and Mathew Han for their winning designs for the new TPSF tote bags. These student-created and produced bags will be given to all TPSF supporters who show their love of TUSD students and teachers during February by joining the Schools Champions monthly giving program. Easy automated monthly payments of $30 or more will support the heart of what TPSF does in all 30 schools, enriching learning opportunities for TUSD students. Consistent giving helps the Foundation be nimble in assisting the implementation of new programs as needed. To learn more, sign up, and receive an original tote, go to www.tpsf.net.
