Pathways to Success returns to Tustin Unified this Wednesday, October 9. Held at Foothill High School, Pathways to Success offers resources, information, knowledge, and tools to support and inspire students and families to prepare for a promising future. Middle and high school students and guardians can choose from sessions focused on college admissions, career trends, skills for the modern workforce and more. This week across TUSD, students, staff and families participated in Walk to School Day. It was wonderful to see so many families join staff in a fun, active start to the school day. A huge THANK YOU to the Tustin Police Department who joined us at Ladera Elementary and to all those that were a part of the action.

Saturday, October 12, the Tustin Police Department will be sharing an E-Bike presentation for our community at the Tustin Area Senior Center. Join us as we learn more about E-Bike classifications, rules of the road, general safety and riding recommendations. This is a free event and open to the public. Join us at the Tustin Public Schools Foundation's largest community event to support all Tustin Unified schools. Held November 3, Dino Dash is open to all. Participants can designate a portion of their registration to a classroom, school, or program of their choice. Prices will increase on October 8, so if you like a deal, sign-up today. You can also support a student with financial need through a Runnership, helping them to join the fun with their classmates. This opportunity also allows you to give back directly to a program of your choice.

TUSD hopes to open a Chinese Dual Immersion Program starting in the 2025-26 school year. If there is enough interest, we aim to begin with TK and Kindergarten next school year. If you or someone you know might be interested, please help us spread the word.
