When we first met Dalia, she had been unsuccessfully trying for several months to enroll her son in a local public school. Through the one-to-one support offered via our Trusted Others program, we are happy to report that we quickly facilitated his enrollment in school. Better still, he's beautifully adjusted to his new setting.

Meanwhile, now that Anthony is settled in school, his mom, Dalia, is eager to tend to her own education. A grateful recipient of a GFK Opportunity Grant, she is now enrolled in an ESL class at Westchester Community College.
