For planning permits, staff are proposing an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance to change the expiration of a planning permit from two years to four years. This amendment is scheduled to go to the City Council for action in early August. Staff are also recommending that the City Council eliminate the permit adjustment process and associated fees, retroactively to March 17, 2020.
