THANK YOU MARK MILLER SUBARU!
BIG NEWS!
During the Subaru Share the Love event, which ran from November 19, 2020 through January 4, 2021, for every new Subaru lease or purchase, Mark Miller Subaru and Subaru of America donated $500 to one of their Love Promise Charities; Fit To Recover, Nuzzles and Co., Wasatch Community Gardens and SpyHop. NUTRITION
Have you tried our new Booyah Cookies?

Also, don't forget to sign up for our new Nutrition Education class. The next class will be held Monday April 26 at 5:30 pm. Classes will be capped at 10 people. Be sure to sign up on the MindBody app or with Kate at the front desk.
CREATIVE EXPRESSION
Hip Hop Therapy

Exciting News! Six of our Music Group participants are currently enrolled in Hip Hop Therapy classes through Beats, Rhymes and Life Training Program. Beats, Rhymes and Life are an Oakland-based nonprofit Empowering At-Promise Youth through the Therapeutic Power. Over the next few weeks, our music group participants will learn how hip hop can be used in a therapeutic sense and how to share it with at promise youth.

We are currently working with at promise youth from three different treatment centers and are excited to expand our Youth Program thanks in part to the Beats, Rhymes and Life certification.

COMMUNITY SERVICE
Thank you Volunteers!

Volunteer Awareness Week is April 18-24 and we wanted to give a huge shout out to all our volunteers. So far, our community members have volunteered 349 hours of service! Thank you to everyone who has helped us plant trees with the Jordan River Commission, handed out care packages to the homeless community, and helped clean the gym and kitchen this year.
Thank you Marriner S. Eccles Foundation
We would like to thank the Marriner S. Eccles Foundation for their continued support of Fit To Recover's Ladies' Night program. We look forward to empowering women through strength training and group work thanks to their support.
