What a year...

As 2021 comes to a close we have to acknowledge that it hasn't been easy navigating life in these newfound virtual spaces. Collaboration, education and entertainment have all changed in unprecedented ways, in ways that have overwhelmed us all. Through thick and through thin you have remained a committed member of the Markham Arts Council and we are so grateful for your devotion to local arts. We have done our best to continue representing arts, culture and diversity, while supporting local talent and uplifting under-served arts organizations. Furthermore, We have run programs like Artist Spotlights, Art Therapy for Seniors, Healing Dance Sessions, Performing Arts Programs, Art Talks and much more!

Why Donate? To keep this initiative going we are running a fundraiser up until the end of the 2021 year in the hopes of raising $5000 to maintain various MAC programs.
