Upon completion of your December month-end:


  • A Year-End Packet for your business will be delivered to you and your tax preparer,
  • Your tax preparer will be given QuickBooks Online Access, and
  • Any applicable end-of-year Payroll, Sales Tax & 1099 processing will be completed.


The closing date of your bank, credit card, and loan accounts will depend on the timing of your year-end close.


Missing documentation? Your year-end packet will include a list of missing information for your tax preparer.

  • All statements must be reconciled to close your books.
  • All supporting documentation must be received to prepare a complete year end packet, and
  • All W9s must be received to file 1099s.
