Word of mouth is the passing of information from person to person by oral communication.

That sounds simple.  Talk about me!  Tell others about your experience with Reflexology.
Lets get the word out about how wonderful Reflexology really is.  I have had so much awesome feedback from my clients that I am, again, reminded that this is my journey and path to take.
I am so humbled by clients who talk about me.  My business is build on referrals.  My time is spent making sure my clients receive the best Reflexology Treatment while sitting in my chair.
I started my practice in 2009 and I have loved everyday building my clients and my name.
Won't you help me spread the word?

  Reflexology Is A Lifestyle!
Sharing Do Terra Oils

There is a saying that goes "if you love what you do then you will never work a day in your life".  So true.  I love Reflexology and Health and Wellness so much, that I have decided to marry Reflexology with the wonderful aromas and health benefits of aromatherapy. Do Terra is committed to providing the purest, and most potent essential oils possible.  The oils can be added to a Reflexology Treatment by diffusing your favorite aroma, adding the oils topically to the feet, or both.  EVERY oil has a health benefit that matches conditions that I see everyday in my practice. I treat clients with diabetes, MS, back pain, sore feet, plantar fasciitis, endometriosis, and many more. Why wait?  Enjoy the benefits of Reflexology by giving your body the rest and repair it needs so you can continue to live with Wellness.  My clients enjoy weekly, bi-weekly and monthly sessions.

    How to Use Oils!

How to Use Essential Oils Internally!

Important:  Not all essential oils can be used internally; Not everyone is able to use them in this way.  Be cautious and follow instructions for each specific oils

Less is More:  Initially, instead of using multiple drops of an oil internally, start off with one to see how will it works.

I ncrease Frequency Before Drops:  Your liver can only tolerate oils in small doses at one time.  Consider 1-2 drops every 30-90 minutes until symptoms lessen.

There's a Time and a Place:  Not all needs will respond to internal use.  In many cases, topical application can work just as well.  (Such as digestive oils massaged over the belly.)

Certain Oils Require more Caution:  Oils high is phenols (such as Oregano, cinnamon, thyme, etc.) are generally more likely to accumulate in the liver.
Use these with care.  For a very general guideline, the hotter the oil, the more precaution is necessary.

Dilute: Even if you're putting your oil in a veggie capsule, its still a good idea to dilute with edible carrier oil, such as raw coconut oil, olive oil, etc.  This helps to ensure less potential irritation to any mucous membranes especially in the stomach.

Some people may wish to avoid using essential oils.  It you have a  major health concern, a compromised immune system, or have liver issues,  avoid internal use
of most oils until you speak with your healthcare provider.  If you are pregnant or nursing, also be safe and cautious.
