Coverage Corner
Cyber Liability Coverage

With the recent data breach at Equifax, now is a  good time to not only think about the security of your personal data but the data kept within your organization as well.  As we all know, no one is immune from a data breach.

A great majority of non-profits and social service organizations are unaware that their standard General Liability insurance coverage generally does not provide appropriate coverage for a cyber liability claim. A good Cyber Liability policy can pick up where your General Liability policy leaves off.

A Cyber Liability policy can provide coverage for damages to third parties caused by a network security breach, notification expenses, regulatory  fines or penalties and even cash in hand to keep your organization running until things are "business as usual".

Don't leave your organization's cyber security to chance.   Contact  Hawley & Associates  today for more information on Cyber Liability Coverage for your organization!

September
 is National Recovery Month!

Every September, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), sponsors National Recovery Month to increase awareness of behavioral health conditions and support those in recovery.

Offering support to those experiencing mental and/or substance use disorders can make an enormous difference. Together we can help others realize the promise of recovery and give families the right support to help their loved ones!
