Ahhh, tis the season to be jolly... or is it? My patients have been telling me how much more stressed they are during the holidays, whether it's due to feeling overwhelmed with too much to do, financial stress, traveling, or getting triggered by certain people in their lives.
Acupuncture can help make this holiday more relaxing by lowering cortisol so you feel calm and centered. Remember, physiology is the foundation for how you respond in situations. I've included one of my favorite mentors, Mel Robbins, and her famous 5 second rule. This is a simple technique to help you pause and respond instead of reacting. I even have 54321 written on my mirror to remind me.
