View the Executive Order Here Effective March 23, 2020 at 8:00pm through April 22, 2020 Non-essential businesses shall reduce their in-person workforces by 100% Not later than 3/23 at 8:00, Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD) shall issue binding guidance about which businesses are essential Included will be the16 businesses deemed critical infrastructure by the Dept. of Homeland Security available at https://www.cisa.gov/criticalinfrastructure-sectors. Gas stations and convenience stores are included as essential Any other business may be deemed essential after requesting an opinion from DECD.
