Re: Governor Newsom Essential Critical Infrastructure for Workers on COVID-19

On March 19, 2020, Governor Newsom issued  Executive Order N-33-20 . Late last night, the Newsom Administration posted the attached  guidance document , further defining Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers, to this  website  -   https://covid19.ca.gov/stay-home-except-for-essential-needs/

This is a supplement, not a replacement, to the  previous order  described in our  prior communication . So, our guidance on the original order still stands and this new document makes even more clear the exemption for our members working in the water and energy sectors.

Lastly, look at our electronic newsletter  (News and Updates)  sent to you yesterday. It has a lot of informative material as well. Go to our  ACEC California website   and  updates landing page   periodically for updates. Also go to our  ACEC National Coronavirus Resource  website for updates.

Reach us if you have questions. Stay safe and thanks, again, for your continued support for ACEC California and our industry at large!
