Yesterday Governor Stitt filed an amended Executive Order requiring a mandatory 14-day quarantine for travelers coming from Washington, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Louisiana and California with some limitations. This amended order will take effect immediately and will apply retroactively to all persons who have entered Oklahoma after being in any area with substantial community spread within the previous 14 days.
