Dear YMCA Families,
The YMCA of Downtown Manchester is providing grab and go meals to children under 18 while Manchester schools are closed. Every weekday from 4:30 - 5:30 pm, parents may pick up brown bagged dinners outside of the Teen Center entrance located at 32 Stark Street in Manchester, NH. We plan to serve Manchester youth until schools reopen.
WEEKLY MENU: 4/13 - 4/17
Please note: The weekly menu is subject to change due to product availability.
3-oz cooked whole grain mac and cheese, 1-¼ cup mixed veggies, 1 cup apples, and 8-oz of 1% milk.
2 whole wheat tortillas, 2-oz turkey, 1-¼ cup carrots, 1 cup apples, 2-oz cheese slice, and 8-oz of 1% milk.
2-oz cooked whole grain rice, 3-oz egg patty, 1-¼ cup zucchini, 1 cup apples, and 8-oz of 1% milk.
2 slices whole wheat bread, 2-oz turkey, 1-¼ cup carrots, 1 cup apples, 2-oz cheese slice, and 8-oz of 1% milk.
2-oz cooked whole grain pasta, 3-oz cooked chicken, 1-¼ cup broccoli, 1 cup oranges, and 8-oz of 1% milk.
