We've brought back the Grab Bags for 2018 ! What is this? Well, picture a box. Now picture us stuffing as much stuff into that box as we can manage.

Getting the picture?

The 2018 Grab Bags feature a random assortment of items from across the Goodman Games line--including   Dungeon Crawl Classics Age of Cthulhu Xcrawl Judges Guild Metamorphosis Alpha Fifth Edition Fantasy system neutral product , or maybe even  older 3E or 4E titles . We take as many items as will fit, and we fill up a box. And you have two choices of boxes!

You can get the 1" deep tab-box for $25 or the 3" deep tab-box for only $50! What is going to come in them? We can't say, because we don't know! What we do know is that you MIGHT be lucky enough to even get a T-shirt this year! So when you order, make sure you list your T-shirt size in the comments section, because we will only send you a shirt if we have it in your size!

The 2018 Grab Bags are sure to fly out of here, and we only have a limited supply, so do not delay! This is a great way to get a box full of Goodman goodies for an amazing price!
We are proud to welcome the newest zine to our online store: The Cities Zorathi!   The Cities Zorathi  is a new zine that explores a city-state filled with all manner of material perfect for a fantasy campaign. Politics, intrigue, crime, rebellion, action, adventure, and much more await in the first issue, which focuses on Crone Zorathus, the oldest city in the city state. Issue 1 also includes an overview of the factions at work in The Zorathan City State, as well as details on a few in particular, a new patron—The Ram of Light—the Zorathan coinage, a discussion of the postal service, and several dozen NPCs each with information about the cities and The Great Maze lying beneath the sprawling setting.

And don't forget to check out all of our great third-party zines ! We've got a great lineup ready for you.
Our partners at Other Selves have been on quite the roll! Not only did they win the coveted Rolea Award for their translation of the Dungeon Crawl Classics Core Rulebook last year, but they've started out the new year with a great trio of releases!

Two DCC modules have made it to our online store. La Funesta Mano Del Destino  ( Fate's Fell Hand ) is a complete translation of the adventure module by Harley Stroh, and this version includes full-color decks of the custom Tarot-like cards that are featured in the module. The deck of cards are 2.125 x 3.5 inches, and come in a shrink-wrapped with the module. And if you already have the module, and are jealous you don't have these cool cards, you can  purchase a custom deck of cards separately !
And then we have a special flip-book version of two adventure modules! Both  La Torre de la Perla Negra  ( Tower of the Black Pearl ) and  Sangre para el Rey Serpiente  (Blood for the Serpent King ) are translated to Spanish in the same book. The flip book allows you to show off either cover, each presented in a different orientation in the same volume. In the 1st-level adventure  Tower of the Black Pearl , a rare change of tides has revealed a sunken tower, beckoning your adventurers to search for the fabled artifact contained inside.  Blood for the Serpent King was our con-exclusive module for 2017 , and this is the first time that it has been available as a separate module through our online store.
To top it off, Other Selves has also translated the first of our Fifth Edition Fantasy modules! Fantasia para 5th Edicion: Fulgor Fatidico  translates our  Fifth Edition Fantasy  module,  Glitterdoom  into Spanish. This is a 3rd-level module for the  Dungeons and Dragons Fifth Edition  game, originally written by Michael Curtis, takes your characters into the depths of a dwarven mine to combat a new subterranean menace.
One of the more interesting stretch goals of our  Lankhmar Kickstarter  was the idea of Michael Curtis spending time with  The Fritz Leiber Papers  at The University of Houston.
Sounds crazy, right? Well, you guys were just crazy enough to do it....
At  Gary Con this year, Goodman Games announced  a partnership with Wizards of the Coast to publish fifth edition conversions of classic  Dungeons and Dragons  adventures, along with reproductions of the original first edition versions.

The first two modules to receive this commemorative treatment would be  B1: In Search of the Unknown  and  B2: The Keep on the Borderlands . You can click here to watch the original seminar, where Mike Mearls and Mike Carr discuss the project...
We have news! And this news is mostly visual. Think of it as MCC Show and Tell! Over the past few days we've gotten in some proofs for  Mutant Crawl Classics , and they are so gorgeous that we have to share them with you. Let's take a look at what we've got to show...
The year 2018 marks the 60th anniversary of the Hammer Horror film Dracula. Why is this so important? You can thank Dracula for the creation of the cleric class, and the Hammer Horror series in general for influencing several aspects of Dungeons and Dragons (and later the  Dungeon Crawl Classics  role-playing game).

Bob Brinkman gives you all the details...
Time flies when you're talking about having fun. It seems like it was just the other day that  we told you that it was time for you to submit your events  for  Gen Con 2018 . Now, we're telling you that your time is running out.
The deadline to submit events for Gen Con 2018 is fast approaching! We need to get your events in by January 25th, which will be upon us before you know it. All you have to do is  email us about your events , and we'll do the rest. This will get you into the prime spots and get you under the Goodman Games banner...
One of our favorite shows of the year,  Gary Con , is right around the corner. From March 8 - 11 you can come visit us in Lake Geneva, WI to see what new wares we might have to offer and to game with some of our finest. This is a great con to meet not just the folks from Goodman, but also the TSR luminaries as they wander about and run games.

From just our own roster of luminaries, attendees include Mike Curtis, Doug Kovacs, Jim Wampler, Brendan LaSalle, and Jon Hershberger. The Dark Master himself is unable to attend this year due to the impending arrival of The Dark Heirling #2, and as a result this year we will also skip the What's New With Goodman Games seminar. We’ll pick back up with the What’s New seminar at  Gen Con ...
You might remember that we were having  a poster design contest  for our  Road Crew . We wanted to see the posters used to promote events, and the top three entries would all win a piece of original art by Brad McDevitt. Well, the contest is over, the jury is in, and we have some winners to announce...
If you haven't seen it yet, we've got a brand new feature on the site where we take a moment to look at some members of our Road Crew who have stood out and made us take notice. We are giving each of these talented folks a moment to bask in the glory of their accomplishment and take a bow as a member of the Goodman Games crew that we consider.... ROADWORTHY!
We kicked off the feature with a look at Judge Zedd...
Our second feature was on Judge Toby B. Wilkerson...
And our latest trip took us far south of the border--as in south of the equator--to Brazil and Judge Magno Souza....
