Lennell Boone started with Fence & Deck Connection in 2001 at the age of 16. He started working for us out of High School as a fence crew laborer. Eventually he was promoted to foreman then assistant yard manager, now our production manager for our high volume builder division.
Fun Fact: "I am a car enthusiast & I love spending time with the family "Planking" (shooting range). I also really enjoy my time at work."

We recently installed this Fiberon Protect Gray Birch Deck & Screened Porch combo on a waterfront residence in Severna Park. The end result is gorgeous and open for the homeowners to enjoy their breathtaking views of their waterfront property.
