REJOICE! Christ is Born! 

Today is the very first day of the New Year, and who knows what awaits you this fresh new year? 

God knows.  

It is a new year with new adventures, experiences, changes, and perhaps new struggles. This year could bring new jobs, new challenges, and even new people in your life. Who knows?  

God knows.  

This year could bring new temptation, new guilt, new shame, new doubt. Who knows what you will be feeling?

God knows.  

Today brings a fresh new year, and our Lord brings you fresh new assurance that no matter what happens this new year; God is always with you. Don’t forget the Good News of Great Joy those angels brought to the Shepherds. Jesus came for YOU, to forgive you, redeem you, and make all things new in your life. 

Yes, it is a new year, but we have the same God who assures you He knows what your future holds.
