Lent Adult Study: You are welcome to Join Pastor Chris in Conference Room A starting March 9th as we dive into our Lenten Themes for the season. We will begin with a special presentation from Lutheran Social Services.

Ministries

On behalf of the Adult Literacy Center, THANK YOU for supporting the ALC by attending the pulled pork sandwich Lenten meal last week! Your donations have provided the funds needed to meet the goal of purchasing individual copies of books for the adults participating in a book study that will start next week. For almost four decades, the ALC has been helping individuals in our community improve their lives right here at Grace. We're grateful for your continued support!

Lenten Meal Burrito/Taco/Nacho Bar

Grace's Family Promise Ministry is hosting the April 2nd Lenten Meal!

Our menu is a Burrito/Taco/Nacho Bar with lots of fun toppings, and delicious desserts. (feel free to reach out if we've forgotten a favorite topping).

By hosting a meal we'll be able to increase visibility of our ministry, recruit new ministry partners and get us together in service as a group.

PRAYER SHAWL MINISTRY AT GRACE

The Prayer Shawl Ministry Group meets on the first and third Wednesdays of the month at 7 p.m. at Grace.

Our new dates for 2025 are:

April 2nd and 16th

All are welcome – if you crochet or knit, or even want to learn – please join us. If you have questions, you can contact either Sherie Duwe at 414-520-2068, or Lori Mathias at 262-825-6632. Grace Lutheran Church Financial Summary

We as a Church Council have decided in the spirit of continuous improvement and transparency to the congregation to begin publishing a summary of the church's financials on a monthly basis. We feel this is in everyone's best interest to be transparent and aligned upon the financial health of the church.

In these monthly reports, we will include:

Income & Expense Results from the Most Recent Month
Income & Expense Results on a Year-To-Date basis
A Summary of Cash Balances
A Summary of Debt Balances
A Summary of Year-To-Date Giving vs. Prior Periods

We welcome any feedback or suggestions as we continue to find the best ways to engage with the congregation.
