Curriculum Night

Wednesday, September 4th

Join us for an informative session from your child's teacher on the content they are learning in their classrooms this year.

Sessions should be at most around 20 minutes so there is enough time for questions and transition to and from Fellowship Hall.

ATTENTION!

We're looking for a Crossing Guard to help after school from Monday to Friday. The time commitment is just 20 minutes:

Daily (except Wednesdays): 2:55 to 3:15 pm
Wednesdays: 2:10 to 2:30 pm

Your help is crucial to keeping our kids safe, especially when crossing Division Street.

If you're already picking up your child and would otherwise be waiting in the pickup line or parking lot, please consider volunteering for one slot each week. You can park in the Priory Lot, pick up a vest and sign from Mrs. Allen's desk, and head outside to assist the kids.

Even if you can't commit weekly, we'd appreciate it if you could sign up whenever your schedule allows.

This act of service will allow our teachers and staff to focus on other end-of-day tasks. Thank you for considering!

School Safety - Background Checks for Volunteers

Hello Grace Community: We are reaching out to make you aware of a new security process being implemented this year, which will impact Room Parents and all Volunteers. Keeping our school, staff and kids safe is of paramount importance. While the sign in/out process has been helpful, Grace Church and School will be enhancing their security over the next few weeks by creating a more robust system for volunteers which may include fingerprinting or background checks.

In order to understand how many parents this new procedure may impact; we are asking everyone to fill out this survey detailing how involved you anticipate being this year at Grace School. Once the information is gathered, we’ll be able to assess who may need what clearance; and we’ll reach back out with more specific information and steps for this new process.

This year’s walk will be on Friday, October 4th!

Today we are launching the 14^th annual Walk with Grace walk-a-thon fundraiser! For those of you that are new to Grace School, this is an annual fundraiser in which our students raise pledges to support our school and our families, as well as give back to a charity!
