Welcome New Houseparents Welcome to our new Houseparents, Hannah & James! Our trauma-informed, family model of care ensures that the children & teenagers in our Residential Program live with houseparents in our neighborhood of homes. Whether a child lives at Christ's Haven for 6 months or 16 years, our houseparents care for them as their own instilling normalcy, dignity, and hope into their lives. We are thrilled to have Hannah & James as part of the Christ's Haven team!

Happenings Around the #CHneighborhood

Christ's Haven & Keller Police Partner Together with Art Installation Christ's Haven recenty hosted a community event as part of Child Abuse Prevention Month. 543 blue pinwheels were displayed in front of the Keller Police Department in honor of the 543 victims of child abuse every month in Tarrant County. In Memory of David Isom We are heartbroken at the passing of David Isom, a member of Christ's Haven's Board of Directors. David was a wonderful leader for our organization and advocate for the youth we care for. READ MORE

Intake Call Uptick Showing Increased Demand Our Intake Coordinator has noticed an uptick of Intake calls to Christ's Haven. In May 2022, the number of calls was double the average from the entire previous year. We continue to focus on the ways we can provide Normalcy, Dignity, & Hope as we see an increase in demand for programs at Christ's Haven. We also continue to update and grow our Referral list for families who are not a fit for placement and need other resources.

Christ's Haven's Annual Report came out recently as a way to share about the lives being changed each and every day. Our donors make these incredible outcomes possible: * 95% of sibling groups live with at least 1 sibling * 89% of teens say yes or mostly yes that they feel part of a family * 92% of young adults have gainful employment
