Tradition never graduates...but the Class of 2022 does tonight!
The Class of 2022 visited CES and CUES following graduation practice this morning. All graduates paraded through the halls they used to call home, capping off their K-12 careers by showing their younger counterparts what the future holds. Graduation is tonight at 7:30 p.m. in Grisham Stadium.

Creek Week a success at CUES
CUES students had a wonderful time this week exploring everything about the common waterway around us during Creek Week. Many thanks to all who helped make this two-day event a success - especially community partners C.S. Britton Inc., the University of West Georgia College of Education's Science Education and Anthropology Departments, Georgia Power, Carroll EMC, Keep Carroll Beautiful, GYSTC, USFS and John Bass.

Camp Trojan + Lemonade Standoff at CES
CES students and their families had a great time at the Camp Trojan Family Engagement night this week. The third grade class also had their Lemonade Standoff. Ms. Williams' and Ms. Shannon's classes won first place with their delicious watermelon lemonade.

Project SEARCH graduation celebration
Five Carrollton High School students graduated from the Project SEARCH program last night. A Project SEARCH Internship example is when a student works on the University of West Georgia campus in order to learn skills and gain work experience.
Eighth grade band members celebrate end of year with amusement park fun
Last week, eighth grade band members celebrated their fourth year in the program with a trip to Carowinds amusement park in North Carolina. Students performed wonderfully in the park, earned a Superior rating on their performance, and spent the rest of their time riding roller coasters.
