OK, so you probably already know them, but now we're officially welcoming them to the instructor team! Angie and Mary are offering Reformer 1 and 2 classes as well as Intro to Pilates Reformer and private training. You can learn more about their journey to this point on their MB online bios.

Registration continues for our accountability programs starting next week and with the opening of Core Cycle in it's new location we are adding even more spin classes!  Teens, want to join in on the cycling fun? We are starting a new teen cycling series just for you! Stay tuned but in the meantime, come check out our new digs in the Romaines Plaza! We are almost ready to wow you! Speaking of Wow! We have officially kicked off our Yoga Reaches out Campaign and are bringing the BIGGEST team ever down to Foxboro on April 30th! Can't join the Core team? You can still help by attending one of our fundraising classes during the month of April!  There are a few spots left in our Intro Pilates/Reformer programs starting up in the next few weeks and we are thrilled to welcome 2 new instructors, Mary and Angie! Beginner TRX® Series

Does the fact that TRX was developed by a Navy Seal scare you? Don't be intimidated by this amazing, progressive workout! Become well acquainted with your CORE in this six week series where we'll start with fundamentals and progress from there. This series is perfect if your are new to TRX Suspension Training or you want to refine or learn modifications. Increase flexibility and promote mobility and stability while developing core strength! Core Cycle - New Location

Rita is working hard and getting very excited for the big reveal of our new spin location at 299 West Main Street in the Times Square plaza (Romaines). While we'll be moving over sometime in mid-April (watch the schedule for the change in address), we're planning a big kick off on April 29th so save the date!  
In the meantime, be sure to register in advance to reserve your bike. Classes not achieving minimum sign up will be canceled 12 hours in advance. Please plan to arrive 5 to 10 minutes in advance of class start time so that you are on your bike and ready to ride.   
IMPORTANT: Please note that due to limited equipment, no shows on reservations will be charged as well as late cancels within 12 hours of class start time. Monthly and two-week unlimited pass holders will be assessed a fee of $15 for no shows or late cancels. Please be considerate of your fellow riders!
