This 9 day retreat begins with Sacred Ceremony and prayer to honor the Ancestors and Spirits of the Land, with prayers and opening from the Spiritual Elders and Dancers of the land.
The retreat will take each participant through the 4 elements of Water, Air, Earth and Fire.
Balanced with silence and pilgrimages to sacred sites and with special ceremonies by Aama Bambo.
