The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix's goal is to honor our automotive history by encouraging the preservation and racing of vintage cars in a format emphasizing driver safety and etiquette in a friendly environment for racers and fans while raising much-needed funds for charity.
Ready to Get Back on Track!
Like our racers, the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix is anxious to get "Back on Track" this year. We are planning to resume most of our Race Week events and fundraisers. The procedures and details are all subject to the evolving covid protocols. The PVGP is committed to making the health and safety of our participants and volunteers our top priority. Stay tuned as more details are released as we get closer to our events.
Race Registration is Now Open
The PVGP is now accepting race applications for both weekends. We are moving all race registration to MotosportReg (MSR) beginning this year. Many vintage racers are already signed-up and familiar with MSR so it will be seamless for most. If you have not used the on-line MSR registration system before, it is easy and free. Once you have set up an account you will find out how easy it is to register now and in the future. MotorsportReg is used by more than 6,000 event organizers from 1,300 clubs, racetracks, and sanctioning bodies.

If you don't already have a account, you will be prompted to create one as part of the registration process. If you have questions about how to use MotorsportReg, email MSR and they'll help you out. MotorsportReg also has an electronic waiver system that will make our on-site registration faster and easier while adhering to the new touchless protocols.

The PVGP will no longer have a paper application for mail-in entries and checks. Our Entry List will be posted on-line through the MSR portal, so all racers must have a profile and enter through MSR. If you are not able to register email the PVGP and we'll help you through the process.

The PVGP is partnering with the Vintage Racer Group and combining efforts for the PVGP Historics at Pitt Race starting this year. We look forward to a great weekend of racing and hope that many VRG members come back for the second weekend at Schenley Park.
Many Thanks to Donna McDonough
We want to thank Donna McDonough for 38 years of dedication to our event. Donna ran our race registration as well as being on-site for 7 full days every year! We wish her the best in her retirement!
