In the first 7 days since our Grand Opening, we've faced our fair share of challenges. From the scent of a new roof being installed to the inability to turn on the air conditioning system, and a POS system that took a few extra days to fully come online, it's been a whirlwind. Yet, despite it all, the overwhelming outpouring of love and support from so many of you has been truly extraordinary! I'm immensely grateful to each and every one of you, and I couldn't be prouder of my dedicated staff. They've been navigating through these challenges with grace, learning as they go. Even though I've been operating on just about four hours of sleep each night for the past two weeks, I'm still floating on cloud nine.
