Hi there,

Congratulations once again on your acceptance to Grand Traverse Bay Father's Day A&C. Please go to www.blueribbonevent.com and make those final booth payments if you haven't already. The full booth payment is was due 4/20/26 for early bird discount. Many thanks to those that made timely payments without being poked. I will be choosing who will be featured on the final print ads & digital marketing, this week. Account must be up to date, to be considered.


We send out helpful emails several times starting about 60 days before each event. This is the 1st. The most current email will also be found under the artist info tab on our website here: ARTIST INFO

Just click on your event.


Event setup will start at 6:30am Saturday. There is NO Friday setup.

Please follow art & craft directional signs to side of building. You will be driving behind for check in. Pull up to cones and wait for staff. You will be able to pull up near your booth space but may NOT be directly next to it. You may not drive on the TART trail at all! Not one tire...this is a running/walking pedestrian path that goes through the event.


  • Artist parking is shown on map. Please DO NOT park close to building if you want shoppers. Patrons of the art should be given 1st priority to parking. All artists are to park in the second lot after entryway.
  • If you have a trailer and want to leave for weekend, please email me size of trailer as I will have dedicated space to leave overnight. This MUST be reserved in advance for logistical reasons.
  • for my NOBO peeps, you may stay parked overnight with an advance request. Please email this request. Vehicle must have current insurance & registration. Please email your insurance card for vehicle by 6/20/26.


Please make sure you have weights. I am NOT flexible on this for the safety of other makers and for the safety of the public. You are near water! Staking is allowed as well. No water jugs, cat litter bottles. Weight checks will be done once you get tent setup.


  1. White tents only unless you are a sponsor or a food vendor!
  2. If using a generator, for the courtesy of your neighbors and customers, it must be 50 feet away from your booth and you must let us know if using before event. Make sure you have at least a 50 foot extension and any tape or may you may need to cover any sidewalk or walkway.


Please be sure to share Facebook event. You may also post photos and info for shoppers. Each artist paid timely will be featured here. 1st artist reel will start circulating in socials next week. Have you liked, comment and shared to your followers yet? This helps everyone!

  • Your event staff on location will be Danielle, Richard and Cari. Your lead will be Richard during event hours.
