Please join us in prayer, for protection and recovery for all who have experienced hurricane Ian, especially those in Florida, where many of our campers live. We also pray for the campground owners who suffered greatly from the storm.

Hello Campers,

Are we having fun yet? If not, better hop-to! Only four more weeks this season to enjoy our GrandView! Oh... and it's only going to get grander each day as our foliage shows off its increasing splendor.

Don't dawdle though, because we just have a few sites left, as well as a few cottages for Columbus/Indigenous People's day, and the weekend of Oct 22nd has been rented out for a wedding!

But that's okay... we'll be open until October 31st, so there's time for one more stay this season. Call right away,

We won't lie; its been a great season AND we're ready for a breather before we start getting ready for next year. Check out a slide show of our smashing Girls Weekend below.

We also checked out the calendar for April 2023, and found that Easter is early this year, so we can have Cleanup Weekend the week of April 14th! We won't have to be concerned about interfering in anyone's holiday.

As for now... thanks for a great season, hope to see you again before the 31st, if not... see you in 2023. Remember, we cannot take reservations before January 1st. Actually the 2nd. We plan to relax into '23 on the 1st.

Kick those Smores up a notch!
As we've grown and matured, so have our taste buds become more sophisticated. Maybe its time to expand our Smores choices? Grahams are great... but what about Macaroons or Coconut Sugar cookies? Fudge Stripes? Chocolate Ice Box Cookies? Or... yummy Tates Bake Shop cookies!

The same is true of the chocolate. Try Rolo, or maybe Thin Mints? Lindt has some great choices, as including Chili Chocolate bars! What combos can you create to kick your Smores up a notch?

Usually we don't share a tip we haven't tried, but we just found out about this one and wanted to share it with everyone right away!
When I think about all the times I've cussed because the wind has blown out my match before my fire could get going, this seems like the answer to a prayer. (Alicia)
