Whether you catch the early show or stay up for the late one, get ready for big laughs, good vibes, and great company.
Ryan Short
RyanTheShort is an adorable comedian who sees the world through playful eyes. His favourite things include: chocolate milk, water slides, and travelling the world to perform stand up comedy. In 2018 Ryan recorded his first comedy album, Coming Up Short, which is now available on Spotify and iTunes. His comedy career has taken him to The World Series of Comedy in Las Vegas, Australia’s Melbourne International Comedy Festival and the Hubcap Comedy Festival in Moncton. He is also a recurring favourite at the Okanagan Comedy Festival.
After winning the comedy contest Jokers Gone Wild, Ryan was flown to Los Angeles and had the honour of performing at The World-Famous Comedy Store. He has appeared on The Comedy Network, toured Australia and can be heard on Sirius XM, CBC radio. And he’s just getting started.
Noah Brodeur
an up-and-coming comedian hailing from the sheltered suburbs of Edmonton Alberta. Noah's act has been described by audiences as "So dumb it's somehow smart" and "Really nailing the 'nerdy-guy' thing," both real things people have said to his face. He thinks they were meant as compliments.
Jen Sakato
A standup comic from Toronto. She has performed across Canada and Asia, at the San Diego Comedy Festival and Just for Laughs Toronto. She has been featured on CBC Radio and SiriusXM. Her commentary on being mixed race, relationships and modern life makes her an easy crowd favorite.

[Grande Prairie, February 18, 2025] – Parents, get ready! Registration for Camp Tamarack’s 2025 spring summer and fall programs opens tomorrow at 9 AM, and spots fill fast! Give your child a summer of adventure, friendship, and personal growth in an inclusive environment where all kids—with and without disabilities—are welcomed and supported.
Why Choose Camp Tamarack?
At Camp Tamarack, we believe in Adventure, Inclusion, Community, Belonging, Empowerment, and Nature. Our programs are designed to challenge and inspire campers while ensuring every child feels safe and supported.
We offer a unique 8 AM – 8 PM program, allowing campers to experience the full camp day without staying overnight—perfect for those who may not be ready for overnight camp but don’t want to miss out on the fun. Our facilities are also wheelchair accessible, ensuring adventure is open to all.
In addition to our day camps, we offer sleep-away camps for children as young as 4 and an adult camp for adults with disabilities, making Camp Tamarack a place for everyone to grow, explore, and belong.
Exciting Programs for Campers of All Ages!
-
Day Camps: Primary and Try-It Day Camp options for younger campers.
-
Accessible Options: Our 8-8 program allows campers to enjoy a full day while returning home at night.
-
Themed Camps: Choose from Stage & Studio, Wild-Ventures, Sci-Ventures, and more!
-
Mountain Biking: We partner with Nitehawk to offer downhill and trail riding programs.

A Camp Culture Like No Other!
-
“Challenge by Choice” Philosophy – We encourage campers to step outside their comfort zone, whether it’s climbing a rock wall, performing on stage, or trying something new in a group activity.
- Unique Traditions:
-
Funishments – Campers vote for their favorite leader to get “punished” for silly “crimes” like smiling too much or waking them up early—expect slime, paint, or a water dunk!
-
Value Awards – Recognizing campers who embody our core values of Adventure, Inclusion, Community, Belonging, Empowerment, and Nature.
-
The Golden Plunger – The cleanest cabin wins the honor of eating first at lunch!
Parents Love the Camp Tamarack Experience!
Our campers leave with greater confidence, independence, and lifelong memories. One parent shared:

Another camper reflected:

When I was diagnosed in January 2021, I never could have imagined that I'd end up developing an app. Going through my breast cancer treatment during those globally challenging times (you know exactly what I mean) sparked a deep desire in me to help other women manage their breast health more easily. Now, here I am, and if you're reading this, it means that the app is almost ready to launch! You'll be among the very first to know when it's live on all mobile platforms!
I'm feeling every emotion right now—excited, relieved, exhausted, and most of all, hopeful. I truly believe this little app on your phone will make a big difference. In the coming weeks, I'll explain how it can support your breast health and overall female health, no matter your age. My greatest wish is that you'll use this tool before ever facing a diagnosis (and may that day never come), but if you do - we will provide a lot of support during treatment, please remember: early detection is key to surviving.
I'm so grateful to have you here with me on this journey, and I can't wait to share more of My Breast Day with you!
In the meantime, if you'd like to see more of "My Breast Day," just click the link below!

Try Something Different For Different PAIN ENDING, LIFE CHANGING Results
When You FREE YOUR ENERGY at Beyond Belief Mind and Body Healing
Why is pain so hard to get rid of?
With so many therapies, techniques and health practices out there, why isn't pain less of a problem?
All pain, big or small, is caused by stuck energy.
Pain won't end unless the stuck energy causing that pain is removed.
This is the problem with pain.
The stuck energy isn't removed.
This is no ones fault.
Simply a lack of understanding of the underlying cause.
How much time do you want to spend getting your pain ending results?
I used to live in pain everyday.
I tried many different therapies to end my pain over my life, but had to keep going back every month to keep the results I wanted.
That is, until I took the stuck energy out.
Once I got the stuck energy out, the pain stayed away for good!
Less than a year it took, once I started addressing the energy, to end my pain once and for all.
I wanted to bring this life changing idea to everyone so I created my own energy healing techniques to end this problem.
Try something different to get different results!
Rose Energy Healing and Rose Energy Deep Tissue Release are that something different!
Both of these unique therapies target energy stuck deep within the body to bring about unbelievable pain ending, life changing results!
Find yourself constantly needing to go to massage, physio or the chiropractor to get any kind of pain relief?
Will your pain just not go away?
Maybe stuck energy within your body is causing your pain.
Rose Energy Healing and Rose Energy Deep Tissue Release will remove the stuck energy behind your pain unlike any other therapy.
Massage doesn't fully release energy trapped within your organs.
Physio doesn't fully release trapped energy within your soul and spirit.
Chiro doesn't fully release trapped energy stuck deep within the muscle tissue.
Rose Energy Healing and/or Rose Energy Deep Tissue Release can do all that, plus so much more!
Get rid of your pain in less time and get the results you want faster when you try Rose Energy Healing and/or Rose Energy Deep Tissue Release!

Take Your Business to the Next Level!
Join us for the Work Shop Your Business Series—focused, hands-on workshops designed to tackle real business challenges and deliver practical solutions. Each 2-hour session is presented by local Chamber Member experts.
What’s in Store?
Are your team members at times resistant to change? Do you see two people doing the same thing, just differently? Is communication a problem? This discussion presents concepts around developing a Culture of Continuous Improvement, which addresses the challenges that every organization experiences on a daily basis. The Culture of Continuous Improvement is built on four areas of improvement:
- - Strategic Alignment
- - Igniting innovation and accepting change
- - Developing and empowering people
- - Problem solving through establishing processes
Your customers can see the products and services you provide, they can even see how they are delivered if they are delivered well, but they don't see the culture that supports those results and the leaders that coach their employees and empower them to solve problems on a day to day basis. We will present these principles and have conversations around how they can be realized in your organization.
